If you're not sure how your domain is setup,  contact support and we'll check it out for you.

Domains Registered with Us through our Godaddy Reseller Account

Choose an Email Option ( If you don't want email skip to the next step)

  • Email Purchased through our reseller account and hosted by Godaddy
    • During checkout you'll be asked if you want a custom email address you@yourdomain.com  - you can view the basic email plans here
    • If you're want to setup a forward like you@yourdomain.com TO you@yahoo.com these plans work well.
    • Godaddy's email can also be checked through a website portal, or you can set up POP email access in Outlook or your cell phone
  • G Suite / Google apps - Gmail with your custom domain - you@yourdomain.com
    • Use google's Gmail website, and the Gmail apps on your mobile devices. Also get google drive, google calendar etc
    • Purchase directly through google - setup time ~30 minutes
    • Purchase through us - Setup time ~1 minute - Pick your email address and we'll handle all the setup. This works well if you're looking for 1 - 2 email addresses. If you want email addresses for your whole team, I recommend buying directly from google.

If you are using our NameServers

  • G Suite / Google apps - Gmail with your custom domain - you@yourdomain.com
    • Use google's Gmail website, and the Gmail apps on your mobile devices. Also get google drive, google calendar etc
    • Purchase directly through google - setup time ~30 minutes
    • Purchase through us - Setup time ~1 minute - Pick your email address and we'll handle all the setup. This works well if you're looking for 1 - 2 email addresses. If you want email addresses for your whole team, I recommend buying directly from google.
  • If you've purchased through us, contact support and we'll complete the final setup steps. If you purchased on your own through google, Choose "other" for website host, and send us the domain verification code. We'll install it for you.

If you are managing your own DNS

If you are managing your own DNS, you can either  change your Nameservers as described here  or you'll need to setup your own email. Using google apps is a great option, but requires following a number of steps to verify your domain. Some registrars, like godaddy, offer email services, but it is pretty basic, and not as user friendly as google apps.
