What is a followup request?

Under Site Setup -> Enable Features there is an option for "Lead Capture" and it is enabled by default.

Whenever anyone clicks a link to signup for a starter kit, or to purchase a Young Living product they will get a popup that says, "You're heading over to YoungLiving.com - leave your contact info, and I'll be happy to followup with any questions you have."

If they leave their contact info you'll get an email notification that says "followup request" in the subject. The person will be added to your contact manager, and they will get an email notification to opt-in to your email list.

Do not reply directly to the email, it will come to our customer support team. Take the person's contact info, and message them directly.
