Upgrading or downgrading your website
You're welcome to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.
If you signed up after Feb 1st 2017 and your payment is up to date, switching is super easy.
- Head over to My Account
- Click "Change Membership" next to your site name
- Select the new Membership level and billing cycle
- Click Signup Now, and follow instructions to complete the switch
- Checkout the support tutorials for your new membership level
If you don't see the "Change Membership" Button
- If you signed up before Feb 1st 2017 switching is a bit more complicated, so contact support and we'll manually make the changes for you.
- If your button says, "Pay" it means you have a missed payment and need to update your payment info. First click, "pay" and complete a payment, then come back and change your membership. If you were trying to downgrade your site, you can contact support for a pro-rated refund.
