Cancelling or Re-Activating Your Membership

Cancel your Membership

1. Visit https://oily.life/my-account/
2. Click on "Subscriptions" from the left hand menu
3. Click "View" on the subscription you want to change
4. Click "Cancel at the top of the subscription
5. If you're within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may apply for a refund.

Re-Activate a Membership

1. Visit https://oily.life/my-account/
2. Click on "Subscriptions" from the upper menu
3. Click "View" on the subscription you want to change
4. Click "resubscribe" at the top of the subscription 
5. Enter updated payment information on checkout if your card details have changed or your recent payment failed
6. Please contact support after resubscribing so that we can make sure your account is setup properly
7. If you don't have the resubscribe option, you may instead sign up for a new subscription
